Screen Printing
Industry-standard method where plastisol ink is pushed through a woven mesh stencil (screen) onto the fabric.
- Best for: Large bulk orders, simple designs, team uniforms & workwear
- How it works: Each color needs its own screen. Ink is layered one color at a time then cured under high heat (6 color max)
- The result: Vibrant, long-lasting prints with a premium feel that handles heavy washing exceptionally well
Vibe: Classic, durable, and highly cost-effective for large groups.
Direct to Film (DTF)
High-tech digital method where designs are printed onto special clear film and heat-pressed onto the garment.
- Best for: Vibrant multi-color artwork, fine details, gradients, photos & smaller orders
- How it works: Design is printed on film with CMYK + White resin inks, adhesive powder applied, then heat transferred
- The result: Crisp full-color graphics with an incredibly thin, flexible feel
Vibe: Unlimited colors, high detail, and no minimum order constraints.

Artwork Guidelines
- File formats: Transparent PNG, PDF, or vector (AI, EPS, SVG)
- Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI at the size you want printed
- Color mode: CMYK preferred for best color matching
- Backgrounds: Must be fully transparent unless you want a background printed
- Clean edges and high contrast produce the sharpest results
